He is survived by: his wife Evangeline Dalman Neal; his children, Jennifer Hardy, Stephanie White and Jonathan Neal; the mother of his children Theresa Neal; and his grandchildren, Alex Jacob, Nathan Neal, Damien Duncan, Briar Neal, Keaton Neal and Harper Neal. He is also survived by his two sisters, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
