She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fischer and Inge Fischer; and her husband Fred Capps Jr.. She is survived by: her sons, Kevin Capps of Crossville, TN and Neil Capps (Jessica) of Crossville, TN; and her grandchildren, Kellyn Bowman, Grayson Capps and Emma.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hood Funeral Home (2371 US-127, Crossville, TN 38555).
