She was predeceased by: her mother Georgia Dale; her children, Stephanie Ann Keck and Erich Kilburn; and her daughter-in-law Stephanie Kilburn. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Kilburn; her child Rita; her father Jerry Dale; her brother Paul Dale; her children, Sarah Rary (Steven), Jennifer Stovall (Ben), Ricky, Brandon, Josh (Pamela), Jason and Megan Kilburn; and also Husband Jeff Kilburn.
Shortly after raising her children Rita found herself in need of an organ donation.
