He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Winemiller and Bonnie Brown Winemiller; and his daughter Samantha Lee Winemiller. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Winemiller of Crossville, TN; his sons, Joshua Burton of Evansville, IN and Tommy White (Jennifer) of Evansville, IN; and his grandchildren, Devon Burton of Livingston, TN, Alexis, Isabella White of Evansville, IN and Jeremy Burton.
