He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bernabei and Mildred Padgett Bernabei; and his granddaughter Haley Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bernabei of Crossville, TN; his children, Kelly Hassler (Wade), Mark Bernabei (Darci) and Missy Smith (Jerry); his grandchildren, Chris Hassler (Tara), Niki Massey (Ryan), Maggie Moss (Andy), Maddie Bernabei, Mackenzie Smith and Garrett Smith; and his great grandchildren, Kiera, Mila Hassler, Mersadies, Jackson, Kinsley and Kimber Massey.
In lieu of flowers, the family has respectfully asked that donations be made to the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church Building Fund, 151 St. Alphonsus Way, Crossville, TN, 38555.
