He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Lane and Edna; and his siblings, Evelyn and Donald (Marietta). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Crabtree; his children, Debra Reed (Alfred), Kathleen Chorjel (Helen), Paul Crabtree (Veronica) and Jennifer Lewis (Gordy); and his grandchildren, Benjamin Crabtree, Cassandra Lewis and Carly Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
