He was predeceased by: his parents, Mart Maavere and Tiiu Maavere Chakkar; his former wife Lillian Maavere; and his wife Eleanor Maavere. He is survived by: his children, Rein Andrew Maavere (Karen) and Tiiu Maavere; and his grandchildren, Madison and Grace Maavere.
