He was predeceased by: his parents, Watts Leach and Gladys Cawthon Leach; and his sister Patsy Garvin. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Edwards-Leach of Crossville, TN; his daughter Luchia Fitzgerald of California; and his grandchildren, Luke Fitzgerald, Faith Fitzgerald, Naomi Fitzgerald and Joel Fitzgerald.
