He was predeceased by: his parents, Andy Madison and Lilly Madison of Walsenburg, CO; and his former wife Carole Madison of Woodland, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Madison of Crossville, TN; his sisters, Peggy Clymore of Spokane, WA, Connie Schlotsfield of Grand Island, NB and Roxanne Hartman of Pueblo, CO; his children, Linda Smith of Seattle, WA, Charlene Hildahl of Tacoma, WA, Larry Alan Madison of Spokane, WA and Randi Caron Jacobs; his stepchildren, Christi Hays Stanley of Edgewater, FL and William Hays of Benton, AR; and his great grandchildren, Pomeranian and Kallie. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren.
