She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Oakes and Bernice Oakes. She is survived by: her son Randy Smith of McDonald, TN; her grandsons, Hunter and Dustin Smith of Chattanooga, TN; and her siblings, Darvin Oakes (Jenifer) and Lovetta Howard (James). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
