She was predeceased by: her parents, Noble Brock and Nora Tabor Brock; and her siblings, Louann Smith and Warren Millard. She is survived by: her husband Carl E. Scott; her stepdaughter Candi Braunm of Kentucky; her brother Sam Millard of Georgia; her mother-in-law Barbara Munday of Elyria; her siblings-in-law, Teresa Scott of Grafton, Sue Millard of Illinois, Terry Chambers of Georgia and Jack Smith of Georgia; and her sister Charlotte. She is also survived by five grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
