He is survived by: his significant other Terri Jester; his daughter Brandi Riggins (Bradley); his sister Penni Matchett; his nieces, Stephanie Barber (Rodney) and Melissa Andrews (Jeffery); his grandchildren, Taylor Edwards (Brandon), Alyssa McComas (Sam), Noah Riggins, Bradley Riggins, Jr. (Caitie), Michael, Cassie Riggins Neal, Mary Sanders and Braelyn Riggins; and his great grandchildren, Laikyn, Jace, Ryan and Zailor.
