He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Blaylock and Mary Blaylock (Hyder); and his siblings, Porter Blaylock, Garland Blaylock and Frances Roysdon.
He is survived by: his wife Mable Blaylock (Henry); his children, Garry Blaylock (Deborah), Larry Blaylock (Linda), Darryl Blaylock (Penny) and Dianne Hood (Donnie); his grandchildren, Jessie Blaylock, Jordan Dillon (Josh) and Corey Maxey (Clayton); and his sister Ollie Sherrill. He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
