He is survived by: his wife Bertha "Bert" Benson; his mother Martha Benson; his brothers, Cecil Benson (Tonya) and Daniel Benson (Darlene); his nieces, Brittney Benson, Caitlyn Benson and Hannah Matthews (Jon); his great-nephew Hayden Matthews; his great-nieces, Blakely and Brynlee Matthews; and his friends, Barbara Miller (Steven), Elizabeth and Olivia Roach.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (2653 N Main St, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
