She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Matthews and Lois Matthews; her grandparents, Samuel, Della Scroggins, Dillard and Ova Matthews; her siblings, Mark, Marvin Matthews and Virginia Matthews Sisco; her niece Abbigail Dixon; her husband Joseph Burley Carr; her daughters, Sherry Carr Cross (Richard Cross), Angela Carr Petree (David Petree) and Nancy Carr Jones (Darrell Jones); her granddaughter Deborah Jones Bilbrey (Ryan Bilbrey); her great grandchildren, Joshua, Courtney, Cassidy, Caitlyn, Caylee Bilbrey and Maeleigh Netherton; and her siblings, Marjennia Miller (Danny Miller) and Meral Matthews (Karrie Matthews). She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and other family, friends.
