She is survived by: her husband Julio Vargas; her children, Ernest Maldonado III (Chandler), Jennifer Conklin and Ashley Conklin; her parents, Phyllis C. Smith (Bill) and Steven Cappiello (Rosa); her siblings, Jennifer Cappiello and Steve Cappiello Jr.; her grandchildren, Gisselle, Adrianna, Jianna, Rowan and Erenst Maldonado; her nephews, Raul Cappiello, Robert Martins, Jr. and Ashton Martins; and her niece Angelina Martins.
