She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Watts and MaryAnn Watts; her husband Melvin Pelfrey; her daughters, Bobbie Jo Pelfrey and Serina Cox (Bert); her grandchildren, Morgan Pelfrey (Ryan), Blaze Dishman (Amber), Skylar Dishman, Katie Adkisson and Aubrey Pelfrey; and her sister Lisa Watts. She was also cherished by several brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
