He is survived by: his wife Julie Flowers of Crossville, TN; his mother Marie Flowers of Crossville, TN; his children, Justin Tyler of Texas and Ashley Kenna of Texas; his stepchildren, Dana Walker of Crossville, TN and Lancer Goss of Crossville, TN; and his siblings, Pete Flowers of Crossville, TN, Rick Flowers of Chattanooga, TN, Melissa Gore, Trish Coulter of Crossville, TN and Karen Pritchard of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
