She is survived by: her husband James Andrew Phipps Sr.; her daughter Karen Hunter of Winston-Salem, NC; her siblings, Denton Carr of Crossville, TN, Dennis Carr of Crossville, TN and Judy Cox of Cleveland, TN; and her grandchildren, James Andrew Phipps III, Samantha Phipps, Nichole Emerson, Ray Phipps, Frank Phipps and Sam Phipps.
