He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Scarbrough; his children, Rick Scarbrough, Mike Scarbrough (Laurie), Linda Romain, Tim Scarbrough (Karen), Teresa Kirby, Cindy Pierce (Steve), Gary Scarbrough (Tina), David Scarbrough and Kurt Scarbrough (Aleshia); and his sisters, Betty Flynn and Gladys Miller. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren.
