She was predeceased by: her husband Charles E. Phelps; her parents, Mabel Beatty and Alonzo Beatty; and her brother Bob of Michigan. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gerald Harns of Michigan, Kim Kutchey of Crossville, TN and Cathy McCampbell of Michigan; her great grandchildren, Bryan of Crossville, Cody of Crossville, David Kutchey of Crossville, Ashley of Michigan, Tommy of Michigan, Jacquelyn of Michigan, Gerald Jr. of Michigan and Emily of Michigan; and her great great grandchildren, Bryan Gerald David Kutchey, Gabriel and Charlie Kutchey. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
