She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Frey and Clemmie Frey (Smith); and her siblings, Raymond Frey, Rayburn Frey, Hilda Hardin, Wesley Frey and David Frey.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Ragsdale; her sons, Ken Ragsdale (Deanne) and Andy Ragsdale (Amy); her grandchildren, Ronnie, Stephanie, Megan, Justin, Madi and Brady; and her siblings, Hannah Craig, Jane McKee and Bill Frey. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
