She is survived by: her children, David Henry of Lebanon, TN, Randy Henry of Crossville, TN and Linda Hensley of Crossville, TN; her brothers, William H. Luttrell (Keither), Roy C. Luttrell of Crossville, TN and William T. Luttrell of Crossville, TN; and her grandchildren, Timothy D. Henry (Ashley), Scarlett Chadwell (David), Cynthia Reppert (Greg), Bret Hadley (Tammy), Scott H. Henry (Aly) and Derek H. Henry (Marie). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
