She is survived by: her children, Eric Shane Threet of Crossville and Rhonda Siems of Fairfield Glade; her grandchildren, McKenna Siems of Fairfield Glade and Brayden Threet of Crossville; and her siblings, Robert Carter, Jr., Jerry Wayne Carter and Susie Pugh.
