It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loretta Sinclair Rollins of Crossville, Tennessee, born in Parkersburg, West Virginia, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband David Rollins; her children, Donald Rollins (Kristen Arnold) and Elizabeth Austen (Darrell Brock); her sister Tamara Murray; and her grandchildren, Madison Cubello (Michael), Bryr Austen (Billie Jo), Michel Brock, Zachary Rollins and Zoe Rollins. She is also survived by her three great grandchildren.
