She was predeceased by: her parent Leslie; and her brother Landon Warner. She is survived by: her husband David Burke of Crossville, TN; her children, Jerry A. Murray of Crossville, TN, April England (Jace) of Crossville, TN and Amber Miller (Ben) of Crossville, TN; her siblings, Leslie Warner (Teresa) of Crossville, TN and Carolyn Simmons (Randy) of Crossville, TN; and her grandchildren, Carson, Jared, Jaedyn, Jaxton, Cadence, Jadisyn, Carter, Mason, Emma and Landen.
The family has respectfully asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 ST Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
