It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leo Burrell Harris (Crossville, Tennessee), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Phillips; his son-in-law Jerry Phillips; his granddaughter Breanna Vanwinkle (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Charlie VanWinkle, Max VanWinkle and Finn VanWinkle; his niece Laura Jasne Brookhart; and his cousin Ruth Poteet.
In lieu of flowers, and at Burrell's request, donations can be made to Cumberland County School's "Shoe Fund", 368 4th Street, Crossville, TN 38555 to provide shoes and clothing to children in need.
