He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Andrews; his stepson Ryan Hale; his parents, Aubrey N. Andrews and Dorothy L. Andrews (Christian); and his brother Ronnie Andrews.
He is survived by: his children, Tammy Shrum (Roy) and Timothy C. Andrews (Tiffany); his stepson John Hale; his grandchildren, Shawna Shrum, Kenneth Shrum (Hailey), Timothy W. Andrews (Karley), Megan Perry (John), Benjamin Hale and Clayton Hale; his children, Hanna Cooper, Laci Cooper, Barrett Shrum, Addi Belcher and Gatlin Belcher of Lochlan Tarrents, O. P; his siblings, June Andrews, Danny Andrews (Wanda), Jerry Andrews (Robin), Howard Andrews and Bonnie Jones (Ronnie); and his sister-in-law Peggy Andrews. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
