She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Adam and June Adam (Beadle); her former husband Donald Galloway, Jr.; her brother Steve Adam; and her brother-in-law Rick Vannan.
She is survived by: her husband John Evans; her children, Lindsey Ryan (Nick), Johnny Wozniak (Chris) and Todd Galloway (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Taylor Ryan, Makenzie Ryan, Emma Bailey (Alex), Benjamin Sayre, Abbigail Wozniak, Ashlee Larson (Nicholas), Izzy Galloway and Ethan Galloway; and her sisters, Kris Vannan and Karen Mosyjowski. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
