She is survived by: her husband Harold Moyer of Crossville, TN; her sister Maxine Hicks (Floyd) of Burlington, KY; her nephews, Ken, Bob, Jim Hicks and Steve Shadoan; her niece Kim Shadoan; and her grandson Anthony Botto.
