He is survived by: his wife Elsie Tuttle; his children, Joe Tuttle, Tressie Smith (Jeff), Steve Tuttle (Tina) and Robert Tuttle (Jennifer); and his siblings, Esco, Othen, Dewey, Elvert Tuttle, Ruby Norris, Mary Umphrey and Flossie Umphrey. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren.
