He is survived by: his girlfriend Nancy Johnson; his sons, Keith (Jill) and Paul (Kathleen); his stepchildren, Dana Benda (Greg) and Darryl Witte (Janine); and his grandchildren, Jayden, Alaire Donofrio, Reese, Abby, Brooke Benda, Andrew and Jena Witte.
