He is survived by: his wife Thelma Elmore; his children, Floyd Elmore (Pam) and Brenda Talbott (Tim); his sisters, Mary McNew and Betty Maxwell; and his stepchildren, John, Charles, Scott, James O'Hara, Carol Anne Kemper, Teresa Taylor and Gladys Whipple. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
