It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan E. Rutenschroer of Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bob" Rutenschroer; her parents, Joseph Renzenkuper and Ceil Renzenkuper; her sister Ceil Kuntz; and her brother-in-law Richard Kuntz.
She is survived by: her son Mark (Debbie); and her grandchildren, Nicki Atkinson (Bill) and Jeremey Rutenschroer. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
