He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Smith and Evelyn Smith; and his brother Bobby Smith. He is survived by: his wife Diana Smith; his sons, Brent Smith and Jamie; his daughter-in-law Kelly Smith; his daughter Leslie; his son-in-law Jeff Smith; his grandchildren, Chloe, Riley, Hayden, Leah, Phoebe (Jonah) and Holly; and his brothers, Billy, Lynn and Ronnie Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
