He is survived by: his wife Frances Richards of Crossville, TN; his children, Jerry Richards (Melinda) of Crossville, TN and Cindy Richards of Livingston, TN; his brother Larry Richards of Florida; and his grandchildren, Emily Nichols (Douglas), Travis Richards, James R. Davenport Jr. (Katie) and April Davenport. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
