He is survived by: his wife Teresa Renee Phillips (Williams); his sons, Samuel Joe Phillips of Crossville, TN and Eric Jerome Phillips (Heather) of Round Rock, TX; his grandchildren, Ryliegh Marie Phillips of Round Rock, TX and Caleb Andrew Phillips of Round Rock, TX; his mother Joyce Phillips (Barnwell); his sister Bonnie Blankenship; his nephew Colt Blankenship (Ashley); his niece Amanda Blankenship; his great-nephews, Braydon Blankenship and Robert Naser of Crossville, TN; and his great-niece Kay Lynn Blankenship of Crossville, TN..
