She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Gibson; and her daughter Judy Grabber. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Hanes (Ellis) and Ted Gibson (Rebecca). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.
