He is survived by: his wife Luana Jean Lewis; his daughters, Ranae Kay of Crossville, TN. and Tina Marie (Donnie Reed) of Crossville, TN.; his granddaughter Carey Lynn (Steven DeWitt); and his great grandchildren, Julie Anna of Frisco, TX, Madelyn Grace of Frisco, TX and Nathan James of Frisco, TX. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
