He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Cunningham and Nannie Cunningham; and his grandfather Billy Jean Sidwell. He is survived by: his children, Corey Cunningham, Kala Cunningham, Ann Fults, Carrie Durbin and Brandon Fults; the mother of his children Barbara Cunningham; his grandchildren, Kaliana, Kiora, Jerrica, Jaylah, Jaleeya, Isaiah, Kristyn and Dakota; and his siblings, Eric, Rick, Tressia, Jimmy, Dorothy and Randy.

Viewing was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (2653 N Main St, Crossville, TN 38555). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
