He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Rollins and Geneva Rollins; his brothers, Pleas and Larry; his son Joe Rollins; and his sisters, Viola Ashley and Jenny Schwartz.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Rollins; and his children, Mike Rollins (Sherry), David Rollins (Thelma), Becky Reed (Ronald) and Crystal Blankenship (Dale). He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
