He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lewis (Lucille), Gary Lewis (Kelly) and Karen Lewis; his grandchildren, Erica, Robert, Charlie, Jeremy, Jessica, Nikki, Justin, Kenny and Zach; his great grandchildren, Tristan, Ashton, Robbie, Michael, Lilly, Jocelyn, Kinsley, Haley, Jordan, Aaron, Ian, Kadie, Evan, Riley, Jace, Angel, Joseph, Johnathon, Zoe, Hannah and Kelsey; his great great grandchildren, Adalen, Kanaan, Seth, Taylynn, Anikin, Riley, Kelly and Bryson; and his sisters, Elease Wynacht, Diane Burgess, Margaret Elick and Cathy Lowe.
