With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh Gene Cross of Crossville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 8, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh L. Cross and Dorothy; and his brother Ronald Cross. He is survived by: his wife Janice Nelson-Cross; his children, Nicholas Cross (Connor) and Amanda Becker (Kenneth); his stepson Grant Nelson (Janet); and his siblings, Charlene Schafer (Jamie) and Robert (Cassie).

In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made in Hugh's honor to the Stroke Recovery Foundation.
