With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Huel Sampson Neal of Crossville, Tennessee, born in Byrdstown, Tennessee, who passed away on December 13, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Neal, Sr. and Melva Ann Neal; his wife Nancy Hattie Neal (McCoy); and his children, Larry Neal and Linda Tabor.

He is survived by: his children, Charles Neal (Rhonda), Gary Neal (Kathy), Mike Neal (Lisa) and Carol Carney (Lee); and his siblings, Luther Neal, Jr., Leon Neal and Ruth McCoy. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
