He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pendleton and Flora Pendleton; his former wife Mary Helen Pendleton; and his siblings, John Pendleton, Mary Lou Hudson and Alma Ruth Horton.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Pendleton of Crossville, TN; his children, Jayne Warren (Scott) of Cookeville, TN, Susie Knese (Paul) of Dayton, OH, Crystal Lockard (Carl), Joel Taylor of Dayton, OH and Jackie Taylor (Karen) of Dayton, OH; and his grandchildren, Jesse Aylor (Joel), Mike Knese (Jessi), Megan Lockard and Jackson Lockard. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
