He is survived by: his children, Steven Hensley (Dot) of Crossville, TN, Jeff Hensley (Paula) of Byrdstown, TN, Bonnie Stark (Rick) of Lebanon, TN and David Purdy (Sharon) of Crossville, TN. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
