He was predeceased by: his parents, Hayward Gerald Lawson, Sr. and Sarah "Martha" Gump (Greenwood); his daughter Amy Catherine Wagner; his siblings, Louchelle Rabbits, Joe Phillips and Bryan Gump; and his stepparents, John Gump and Ollie Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Lawson; his children, Sara Weaver (Andy) and Andrew Lawson (Lindsay); and his siblings, Dino Lawson, Cary Lawson, Sherry Rogers, Ranzella Gump and Penny Ford. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
