He is survived by: his wife Geneva Ruth; his children, Harold Douglas Horn Jr., Thomas Allen Horn, Jeffrey Lynn Horn (Jennifer) and Rebecca Sue Waller; his grandchildren, Christopher, Natalie, Elizabeth, Alex and Mackenzie; and his brothers, Woody Horn (Brenda), Ricky Horn (Mona) and Denny Horn.
