He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cobb and Willie Cobb; his wife Audrey Ealene Hoover; his siblings, Charles Cobb, Tom Cobb and Kristen Brown; and his son David Keith Cobb.
He is survived by: his son Randal Cobb (Jackie); his granddaughter Audrey Cobb; his great grandchild Nathan Doxie of Howell, Michigan; and his siblings, Lynn Cobb (Janice) of Rockwood and Faye Newberry of Crossville.
