He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Dorothy Walter (Hunsberger) of Virginia; his daughter Lois (Paul Zimmerman) of Reading, PA; and his brother Daniel Walter of Honey Brook, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Luella Walter (Kane); his sons, John Walter (Michelle) of Bernville, PA and Timothy Walter (Jill) of Palm Coast, FL; his grandchildren, Jessie, Richard, Jennie and Lucas; and his siblings, Les Walter of Lancaster, PA, Harry Walter of Lake Tansi, TN, Donna Greenman of Corsicana, TX, Virginia Cooper of Myrtle Beach, SC and Susan Mullen of Bethlehem, PA. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
George was an advocate for organ donation and was able to help others with his generosity.
